Segon provides 30 days of free New User technical support for customers purchasing any software product. This support is limited to product installation assistance via email to support@segon.com. The 30-day free support period starts when you make your first service request. If you need help more than 30 days after your first contact, fee-based support plans are available, contact us for more information.

Segon has created these newsgroups to offer Segon users a forum for focused discussion. If you post a question, you'll get an answer from Segon, as well as input from other newsgroup users. Please don't hesitate to use these newsgroups; the more discussion occurs on them, the more valuable resource they become.
